Q: how do I know this is a secure purchasing web site?

A: Paypal, Inc. is an authorized retailer of kHz. We do not store your credit card number anywhere. Your personal information is only requested over their secure servers. You can find detailed answers to all security questions at the paypal website.

Q: who else will be getting my information?

A: No other company will have access to any information used in your purchase including e-mail address or credit card information. None of your information will be used for any other purposes other than completing your kHz order.

Q. what are my Payment Options

We accept ALL major credit cards through paypal at this time.

Q: what are the shipping and handling charges?

A: The shipping charges are only the cost the post office charges. We do not charge any extra shipping fees. Your shipping fee is determined by the weight of your package + the type of shipping you decide + it's destination. We ship all packages in protected envelopes to help ensure safe shipping. A typical packages weight with 1 cd in a padded envelope is roughly 4 - 5 ounces. For orders consisting of 3 or more cd's will automatically be shipped priority mail.

The Handling charge is $1.00. The reason for this charge is to cover the expense of the padded envelope, it's label + a fee for tracking the delivery of your package to confirm it has been delivered to you.

Q: how long will it take for me to receive my order.

A: The amount of time it will take for you to receive your order depends on what shipping method you select. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AFTER THEY ARE PROCESSED. It takes 1 full day for your order to be cleared and could take an additional 2 days to package before being shipped, so please add that to your shipping time. For Example: If you selected overnight delivery it will take a total of 2 - 4 days to receiver your order, 1 day for processing and a possible 2 more days to be packaged, then shipped the next day for over night. For most 1st class mail orders in the U.S. it should not take more than 3 - 5 days for you to receive your order but can take up to 2 weeks depending on destination and size of order.

Q: what about international orders?

A: We ship all international orders Air mail and should not take more than about 1 week to receive your order but please leave up to 4 weeks depending on location and customs policies.

Q: what are the customs policies on international orders?

A: Customs Policies: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from www.thekhz.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing CDs, videos, DVD's, etc. will generally be listed in a way similar to the following example:
